The green olive paté from the Triolo farm is a ready-to-use cream to be spread on canapés and bruschetta or to be used to flavor first and second courses. The decisive taste of the Nocellara del Belice green olives, typical of our area, in fact contributes to flavoring and giving body to the dishes to which it is combined.
Prepared only with black olives, extra virgin olive oil and natural flavourings, our paté retains all the taste and organoleptic qualities of the raw material.
