Benedetto Triolo was the historical hereditary landowner of the family. He began to cultivate the land with his father at the age of 12. The production was exclusively for the "Nocellara del Belice" olives.

With the help of his son Giuseppe, who started the business together with his father at the age of 17 years, the idea of processing table olives was born and the shed under his house was used to create the first processing plant of the product.

The needs of the company are growing and in order to expand production Giuseppe decides to invest by purchasing machinery in step with the times and building a new plant.

The company is supported by the third generation Triolo. Benedetto and Filippo, sons of Giuseppe, carry on the business with the passion and love for their work that has distinguished this family. They continue with dedication the cultivation of olives and processing within their own establishment. "Our goal is to continue to do what our grandfather and father did: produce the best olives and always ensure high quality on the table."
